Solar Power Plants

We are committed to promoting sustainable manufacturing practices and reducing our carbon footprint. As part of this commitment, we have equipped all our units with solar power plants ranging from 15 kVA to 20 kVA. These solar power plants are sufficient to meet 95% of our energy needs, which helps us to reduce our dependence on non-renewable energy sources. By harnessing the power of the sun, we are able to generate clean, renewable energy that is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. With our solar power plants, we are able to reduce our carbon emissions and contribute to a more sustainable future for all. We are proud to have taken this step towards renewable energy and remain dedicated to finding new ways to reduce our impact on the environment.

Solar Water Heaters

As part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing, we have installed solar water heaters at our hand block printing manufacturing units. By harnessing the power of the sun, we are able to heat water for our operations without relying on wood or petroleum products. This has not only helped us to reduce our carbon footprint but also allowed us to conserve natural resources. Since installing solar water heaters, we have been able to reduce our wood requirements by 40%, which has had a significant positive impact on the environment. We are proud to have taken this step towards sustainability and remain dedicated to finding new ways to reduce our impact on the planet.

ETP Plants & RO Systems

Rain Water Harvesting Systems

We use lot of water in our production process. To put less stress on the water resources, we have taken various efforts. For conservation of water, we have built rain water harvesting system (RWHS) in our all the units . RWHS recharges our mother earth for our future use of water. our RWHS charges around 100 lacs litters fresh rain water every year to earth . All the units have ETP (effluent treatment plant). We use the recycled water for various supporting activities.

Wooden Blocks Collection

We offer a captivating range of wooden blocks that showcase a fusion of traditional patterns and modern designs. Stitching unit

Having an in-house stitching unit allows us to have greater control over the quality of the finished product, as they can closely monitor the stitching process and ensure that each item meets our standards. Additionally, it can streamline the manufacturing process and reduce the time and cost associated with outsourcing the stitching process to third-party vendors.

We take pride in our in-house hand block printing, which features master artisans skilled in all hand block printing techniques, including Bagru, Rapid, Sanganeri, Kalamkari, Indigo Daboo, and Discharge. With their expertise and precision, our artisans create exquisite patterns and designs, bringing to life unique and mesmerizing pieces. From traditional prints to contemporary designs, our hand block printing is a celebration of craftsmanship and artistry.

Washing & Dyeing

We believe in providing the best quality products to our customers. That's why we have our own in-house washing and dyeing facilities at our manufacturing units for hand block printing. With these facilities, we ensure that every piece is given the utmost care and attention, resulting in vibrant colors and long-lasting durability. Being pre-washed most of our fabrics are shrink free. Our skilled team of experts uses the latest techniques and equipment to ensure that every piece is washed and dyed to perfection. By maintaining complete control over the entire production process, we can guarantee that each item is of the highest quality, from start to finish.

Natrual Dyeing & Sun Drying

We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness. That's why we use natural dyeing methods and sun drying techniques in the manufacturing of our hand block printed textiles. By utilizing natural dyes made from plants and other organic materials, we create beautiful colors that are both safe for the environment and gentle on the skin. Our sun drying process harnesses the power of the sun to naturally dry our textiles, reducing our energy consumption and minimizing our carbon footprint. These methods not only support the environment but also add unique variations to the color and texture of each piece, making every item one-of-a-kind. With our natural dyeing and sun drying techniques, we ensure that every product we create is both beautiful and sustainable.
