The average investment would be around Rs 2.00 lacs to 3.00 lacs. Your investment includes advance payments for exhibition locations, purchase of goods from JTA or its authorised organisation and marketing expenses for the exhibition.
No, you are not allowed to keep any other materials which are not supplied by JTA or its authorised organisation. Display of other materials at the exhibition shall be treated as a breach of contract.
You can not use your brand in any way in the exhibition. Your name will be mentioned as an exhibition partner in the poster or banner which will be displayed at the exhibition location.
If I organise an exhibition at my shop or home, will you consider it an Exhibition?
No, we do not consider this type of location as an exhibition. We shall approve only the exhibition hall/art gallery and such facilities having a regular exhibition and having its customer database. This database shall be used for the marketing of the exhibition.
Yes, if they offer us a separate stall where we can display our goods and do our branding properly. Any exhibition where separate branding is not allowed, we shall not approve these locations.
Who will bear the cost of transport and GST?
The exhibition partner shall bear the cost of transport, both sides (while receiving and returning the goods) and GST on it. While fixing the selling price this cost should be considered.
Yes, exhibition partners have full authority to fix their sales price, they may offer discounts to their loyal and big customers. JTA does not have any role in fixing sale prices . However JTA suggests to keep the price near 2x-2.5x
Maximum time for return of unsold goods is 7-10 days from the end of exhibition. However extension of time may be considered on case to case basis
Yes, all the tags on the product should be intact, and should be packed in the similar way as you receive. Serial Number of your delivery challan items should be marked on each pc, so that it would be easy for us to identify the materials at the time of receipt.
If a customer wants to exchange goods after an exhibition , is it possible ?
No, exchange may not be possible after the return of goods to JTA. You may exchange the piece before sending the sales report to us.
Exhibition partner is responsible for marketing the exhibition. We as a company will also support marketing in the following ways: Posting exhibition details at JTA website, Instagram and Facebook page. Sending messages to customers in that city. Providing digital posters for exhibition for your Whatsapp & Social Media marketing

Our trade partner www.itminan.com shall support your small orders as per its wholesale price policy. Jai texart shall support if order size is more than Rs 15,000.
Yes you can apply for an exhibition partner in your personal name . You need to provide a pan card and Aadhar card copy .

If you have experience of conducting exhibitions for 2-3 years and have a team to handle such operations , you may apply for exhibition partner .
Forward transit of the goods is insured by the logistic partner. In case damage during the exhibition and while returning goods you will need to bear the cost.
It depends on the availability of item and order size . If the order size is more than Rs 15,000, we may supply the items or you may approach www.itminan.com for a small qty .
After receipt of following items/data/reports as per schedule JTA shall release payment . Sales report of the day - by end of the day or maximum by next day morning Photographs and videos - before the start of the exhibition for placement of merchandise and branding. Day working photos and videos - any time during the day for all the days of exhibition Visitor database - with in 4 days from end of the exhibition
If these reports are not available on time then you may lose JTA’s contribution of exhibition location cost. And if it happens regularly , then you may lose exhibition partnership and JTA may refuse to take back unsold materials also.
We expect that exhibition partners should hold a minimum of 5 exhibitions in a year. we do not have any restriction on maximum no of exhibitions.
Yes, you need to pay cost of stamp duty and other charges for partnership agreement that is Rs 1,000
Ideally you should order 15-20 days in advance for your exhibition. We do not have any control on transport/cargo companies. Sometimes they take an abnormally long time to deliver the goods. You also need time for tagging your price on each item.
